• How does this whole process work?

    First, we discuss the specifics of your job, (ideally in person, but I do phone appointments or via email all the time) and make sure nane press is a good match. Also, that it’s doable within your timeline. We’ll discuss paper options, number of ink colors, and any other details. I’ll then send you a cost estimate. Once the estimate is approved, a 30% deposit is required for materials and to hold your spot in the studio calendar. If it’s a design job, we’ll work a number of design revisions (usually 3) into the estimate and schedule, and you’ll have a digital proof to approve before printing begins. If it’s a printing job, you’ll simply have to approve a digital proof before your job goes to press. Once the completed job ships, the remainder of payment is due.

  • How long will my job take to print?

    That depends. Since Nane Press is a small shop with all custom work, the finished date of your materials depends on the size of the job and studio workload. That being said, a simple business card print job can usually completed in 1-2 weeks. Timelines for more involved design jobs are longer. For example, an entire wedding suite from start to finish could take 2-3 months.

  • I need my business cards/save the dates/wedding invites ASAP. Can you help me?

    Nane Press does everything it can to accommodate your emergencies! I’ll often print envelopes for save the dates and invitations first and ship them ahead of the rest of the job so brides have more time for addressing. Business cards can often be worked in around other projects. Depending on your circumstances and studio workload, rush fees may apply.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Nane Press accepts cash, check, and payment via PayPal and Square.

  • How will my order ship? How much will shipping cost?

    Shipping prices vary by your location and the size and weight of your order. Orders ship UPS ground with insurance and tracking unless requested otherwise. If you’re in New York City, often I’ll simply meet you to drop off your order.

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?

    All orders shipped or delivered to a New York address are subject to NY Sales tax (8.875%).

  • Can I see samples of your work?

    Of course! I have samples with all types of paper stocks and ink colors I’d be happy to share with you. We can either setup a meeting to discuss them, or I can ship you a sample pack.
